Knock and the door will be opened to you-

Built to withstand the storm, standing watch along the shore, casting light into darkness to help others find their way.
But there is something different about stepping inside.
Outside, the waves may still be breaking. The darkness remains.
But inside, there is shelter.
Safety.
Steadiness.
Warmth.
Light.
You settle into the quiet, the peace of knowing you are surrounded by something built to protect.
Looking up, a spiral staircase winds towards the light.
With every step, the warmth draws closer.
The storm feels farther away. The light grows stronger.
At the top, you step into the lantern room.
The view opens around you.
You can see where you stand, what surrounds you, and how far the light reaches.
And you begin to wonder what this same presence could look like in the world around you.
A home where safety can be felt and darkness has fewer places to hide.
Parents, teachers, coaches, churches, neighbors, and friends who stand guard for one another.
This is what it means to stand Ahead of Harm.
To carry light into the places we live, learn, gather, and grow.
Shine. Guide. Protect.
